General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
for www.timber-soul.com
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between
Marc Reinhardt, Timber Soul, Kölner Str. 97, 53894 Mechernich, Germany
(hereinafter "Seller")
and the customer via the online shop www.timber-soul.com and via the Seller's Etsy shop.
Deviating conditions of the customer do not apply, unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product presentation.
By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded as soon as the Seller confirms the order by e-mail or begins with the execution of the order.
For sales via Etsy, Etsy's terms of use also apply.
4. Prices and VAT
All stated prices are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged and shown (small business regulation).
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply, which are shown separately in the order process.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop or on Etsy (e.g., PayPal, Klarna, credit card).
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are, unless otherwise stated, non-binding.
For personalized products, the delivery time only begins after the complete clarification of the individualization (e.g., engraving text, file).
7. Personalized Products / Laser Engraving
A large part of the products offered are custom-made according to customer specifications.
The customer is obliged to carefully check the texts, files, or motifs submitted for personalization before placing the order.
The Seller assumes no liability for errors in content submitted by the customer.
8. Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal for personalized goods
According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods,
which are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
For non-personalized products, the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Natural material deviations (e.g., grain, color differences in wood) do not constitute a defect but are inherent to the material.
10. Liability
The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, the Seller is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.
11. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the purchase price.
12. Copyright
Designs, patterns, and product images created by the Seller are subject to copyright.
Reproduction or use without explicit consent is not permitted.
13. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the data protection policy on www.timber-soul.com.
14. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS).
The Seller is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
